9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to an enquiry, maintain an ongoing business relationship, meet legal, accounting, audit and security requirements, and establish or defend claims. Retention periods vary by record type. When data is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to lawful retention duties and technical backup cycles. 12. Children
The corporate website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly seek to process children’s personal data through general website forms. If you believe that a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Any future service designed to process children’s data will implement the consent and other safeguards required by applicable law.
